The solution is to do the complete opposite of what was done in Genesis 6:5, that is to keep your mind on God continually as noted in Isaiah 26:3. The imagination comes from the mind and by keeping your mind on God you can only imagine what is good and pleasing to God.

Great advice. I believe that the Bible teaches that god will help us, His children, with our hearts and minds towards Him (Father, Son 7 Holy Spirit). Philippians 4:7 is an example: "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. What a relationship! Thanks.
